Rental Agreement & Policy 

Security Deposit & Cancellations

Client shall Pay a security deposit at the time of reservation. this fee is 20% of the rental charge of the total amount.if a cancellation occurs greater than 60 days of the event date, security deposit will be returned to the client in full. Deposit will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled with the 60 day period before events date. 

Final Bill 

The Final balance is due two weeks prior to your event. No changes to the order are accepted two weeks prior to the event.

Equipment Failure 

Client agrees to immediately discontinue the use of rented item(s) should it at any time become unsafe or in a state of disrepair, and will immediately  (one hour or less) notify Jon’s Party Rentals of the facts. Jon’s Party Rentals agrees, at our discretion, to make the items operable within a reasonable time, or provide a like item available at another time, or adjust rental charge. The provision does not relieve Client from obligations of contract. In all events, Jon’s Party Rentals shall not be responsible for injury or damage resulting from failure of defect of rented item. 

Equipment Responsibility 

Client assumes responsibility for all items rented from the time of delivery or Pickup to the time return. This includes the handling of racks and boxes that transport the Equipment. clint assumes the entire risk or loss, regardless of cause. if items are lost, stolen,damaged, client will assume all cost replacement or repair, including labor costs.

All Linens should be free of loose items before returning. Linens that are damaged in any way, including candle wax, ink or other damage will be considered sold to the client. The Client will be notified, and the damaged Linens will be held up tp 10 days for client Pickup. After that time, the linens will be discarded.

Client is responsible for counting and inspecting items upon delivery, otherwise amounts delivered will be considered correct. If you did not receive your contacted rental items or believe the items are not in the appropriate condition, please notify Jon's Party rentals,within 8 hours if items picked up or 3 hours after if they were delivered, to avoid being charged replacement fee.

All equipment is to be returned clear of foodmatter, candle wax and other items, and in the handling racks in which they were delivered. If items are found missing or damaged at pickup/ return, a detailed invoice of the charge will be provided to you and will be charged to the credit card on file (if on file) or billed to Client.

Delivery & Pickup Charge

Delivery fees are determined by delivery zip code and order size.Tailgate delivery is lowest cost form of delivery. Your rental items are  delivered neatly stacked to a point immediately accessible to our truck tailgate, usually Client driveway or garage. In Custom delivery your rental items will be carried to and from a place beyond the truck tailgate, and if you wish, set up and take down, for additional fee.

Additional Charge 

  • The site is not ready or accessible when the crew arrives
  • Delivery or pickup is from any location other than ground level (upstairs or downstairs)
  • All chairs and tables are not stacked and bagged, ready for pick up
  • Food service items are not rinsed/food- free
  • Replacement cost for lost or damaged items
  • Client requires pick up before and/or after normal business hours
  • Setup & takedown of tables & chairs
  • Client agrees to assume all risk and agree to hold Jon’s Party Rentals and any of its staff harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and damage, and all cost and expenses arising directly and indirectly at of or relating to the delivery, loading, unloading, erection, installation, dismantling, and use.
